Calgary Monthly Meeting (the Calgary Quakers) gather for our Meeting for Worship on Zoom each Sunday (“First Day”) at 10:30 AM. On the second and fourth Sundays of each month, we also hold in-person meetings (which join with Zoom, to create a blended Meeting). We meet in the CommunityWise Resource Centre in Calgary’s Beltline (see address below). The Calgary Religious Society of Friends acknowledges that our gatherings take place on the Treaty 7 in Southern Alberta in Moh’kins’tsis, named by the Blackfoot, where the Bow River meets the Elbow. Treaty 7 includes the Siksikaitsitapi (Blackfoot Confederacy), comprising the Kainai-Blood, Siksika, Peigan-Piikani and Aamskapi Pikuni First Nations), the Tsuut’ina First Nation, and the Îyârhe Nakoda, including the Chiniki, Bearspaw and Goodstoney First Nations.  Southern Alberta is also home to the Métis Otipemisiwak and Esikisimu Nunangat.
